What if the machine shows H06 or H06-1?
Our service history shows H06/H06-1 is associated with the brew-group / infuser system. If the error repeats after normal cleaning, stop repeatedly cycling the machine and contact service for inspection rather than forcing the mechanism.
How often should I clean the brew group?
Rinse the removable brew group regularly and use the appropriate degreasing / cleaning-tablet cycle according to the machine's maintenance instructions. Coffee-oil buildup can affect the infuser over time.

La machine même si complètement nettoyé me donne ce code . J’ai essayé plusieurs type de café et toujours la même chose. Depuis 2 jours je l’ai 4-5 fois et rien ne fonctionne. Est-ce possible d’avoir un retour rapide svp Patrick Pilon 514-820-8481

J'aime bien la machine. simple a utiliser a entrenir et le café est excellent. Point a améliorer: contenant a eau pourrait etre un peu plus grand, pareille pour le contenant de marc mais ce sont des détails qui ne gâche pas mon plaisir. la seule ombre au tableau et l'impossibilité de mettre la mouture a plus fin que la moitié car le café coule goute a goute.... donc je dois remettre la moulin a la mouture moyenne
Compacte et épurée, cette machine automatique à 19 bars (plutôt impressionnant) d’origine italienne pour une pression optimale et un espresso de qualité professionnelle, et une crema magnifique. La préparation du café est rapide et le goût est constant. Très facile d’utilisation. C’est l’option parfaite pour les personnes qui ont déjà un mousseur à lait.

Une machine simple d'utilisation et efficace
Premièrement, un très grand merci pour votre service client exceptionnel. Les renseignements donnés par Lucie ainsi que la livraison rapide ont été très appréciés. Le café matinal préparé à partir de cette machine est délicieux et d’une grande qualité. Prenant peu de place sur le comptoir, la douceur d’opération de cette cafetière n’est nullement agressive comparé à notre ancienne Seacco.
